1.Responsible for small batch to mass production process control of the company's new products, as well as the assessment of the mass production capacity.
2.Responsible for the yield monitoring and improvement of mass production products.
3.Responsible for the company's new product reliability assessment and certification work; Other requirements:
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in power electronics, electrical machinery, automation and microelectronics; 2.Familiar with basic material knowledge; 3.Responsible for the reliability assessment and certification of new products.
2.Familiar with basic material knowledge, semiconductor knowledge, understanding of basic quality management tools, skilled operation of CAD drawing software; 3.
3.Knowledge of test tool analysis and statistics.
4.Good communication skills, strong analytical, problem solving skills and teamwork spirit.
