Job Description
Job Description.
1.Responsible for the implementation of new product process development, new product introduction, trial production of on-site instruction;; and
2.Responsible for improving the production process, suggesting improvements in product performance and structure, and continuously improving product performance.
3.Responsible for the timely elimination of abnormalities on the production line, reduce abnormalities, reduce costs and improve yields.
4.Train production line operators and prepare process instructions.
Other requirements: 1. Material/semiconductor physics/mechanics and microelectronics related majors
2.Familiar with basic material properties, understanding of semiconductor processes and packaging
3.Good analytical problem solving skills
4.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
5.Good English reading and writing skills
