  In Europe through TTI, the TE-connected rugged optical backplane interconnect system provides a high-density, blind-inserted backplane/doughercard configuration optical interconnect that meets high-bandwidth computing applications such as high-definition video image requirements in harsh Environmental fiber infrastructure.

  It has a fiber optic cable feed through the backplane using the MT ferrule detachable system module for use in automotive electronics, radar, secure communications systems, avionics, imaging and positioning, processing, aerospace and defense applications.
